The Story Behind the Photo:
Taken from the edge of Pond Cove, this photo shows Ram Island Ledge Light with Cliff Island in the background as the October skies turn to a gorgeous gradient of golds. That’s what I went for. But as I framed my shot, I was surprised to see a lobster boat heading out to sea, to get one last pull before the last light of day. I waited patiently. Click. One shot. I was done. Then I enjoyed it. Sat and soaked it in. The photo doesn’t capture the moment. But it sure captured an amazing image.
